All credit card purchases must have a matching billing and shipping address.
All Paypal purchases must provide a Paypal confirmed shipping address.
All items on Velocityshop.com are intended for off-road use only. Some item maybe illegal in your states / country. We will not be responsible for any repair cost from damage from using these items.
Some item may require modification to your vehicle, it is the natural or aftermarket parts. Professional installation is highly recommended. All products are subject to the manufacture's warranty, if any.
All sales are final, there is no return or exchange. Unless it has been authorized by Velocityshop.com and require a RMA number from Velocityshop.com. Item must be unused and must be returned to Velocityshop.com within 14 days from the invoice date. Special order items are none returnable. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for return.
All returns are for exchange or store credit only. 20% restocking fee apply.
All cancellation orders after a 24hr period will be accessed a 5% cancellation fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Paypal user, please provide us with a Paypal confirmed address, we will not ship to an unconfirmed address.
Items are usually send out within 1-3 business days.
International customers, please email us for a shipping quote before ordering.
International customers, you are responsible for all import tax duty that may occur.
We can only accept Paypal payment for international orders.
If an item is on back order or out of stock, we will notify you the ETA and give you the options to either wait for the item or a refund.
All Body Parts, lips, spoilers, side skirts, hood, etc, or any oversize items cannot be shipped to a PO BOX.
Only certain small items can be shipped to PO BOX, please contact us if you have any questions.
We reverse the right to refuse service to anyone.
