Get rid of the restrictive factory intercooler piping and replace it with this Pro-1 I/C pipe kit.

This kit includes a new set of upper intercooler piping to provide great flow for added performance. The stock mesh hoses flex during boost, this kit eliminates the soft stock mesh hoses with nice mandrel bent polished aluminum pieces that will give you better boost response.

This is a direct replacement and installs easily with basic hand tools. note:
the extra port on the piping kit must be plugged prior to install for USDM EVO VIII models.
Any standard rubber cap & clamp work fine. (not included)

This pipe is designed for a small battery option or JDM spec battery. You could also remove the battery tray and cut/trim the corners off the drivers side. By doing this you will be able to get about another 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of room so the pipe can sit properly in place beside the battery.
