Payment
All credit card purchases must have a matching billing and shipping address. We will only ship to the credit card's billing address.
We take credit card fraud very seriously, and prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
All Paypal purchases must provide a Paypal confirmed shipping address.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item must be in new condition and not used nor installed.
Please obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning the item(s).
Please include a copy of the order confirmation with the RMA number inside the return package.
Shipping
Velocityshop.com strives to ship all orders within 1 business day of the purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) with many orders shipping the same day it was purchased. Due to this, once the order has been placed it may not be able to be canceled.
If an item was unclaimed or returned from the shipping company, or an incorrect shipping address was provided, and the order is returned to us, we will not be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Velocityshop.com will collect re-shipping fees from you, prior to shipping out the item(s).
International customers, please email us for a shipping quote before ordering.
International customers, you are responsible for all import taxes or duties that may occur.
Velocityshop.com only accepts Paypal payment for international orders.
If an item is on back order or out of stock with the manufacturer, we will notify you the ETA and give you the options to either wait for the item or to receive a refund.
All Body Parts, lips, spoilers, side skirts, hood, etc, or any oversized items cannot be shipped to a PO BOX.
Oversized items that are shipped via freight, require a signature and the product should be inspected for shipping damages prior to signing for and accepting delivery. If the product or packaging appears to be damaged please do not accept the delivery and contact Velocityshop.com immediately so we may initiate the proper steps to resolve the issue.
