The ACL Standard-Size Thrust Washer Set is designed for compatible Honda and Acura B-, D-, H- and K-series engines. Installed as part of the crankshaft and main-bearing assembly, thrust washers help control the crankshaft’s front-to-rear movement and maintain the required axial clearance, commonly called crankshaft endplay.
This package contains two standard-size thrust washers for compatible engines using original-size thrust dimensions. ACL’s Self-Aligned design is engineered to promote proper crankshaft alignment and thrust-load support.
Important: Engine code and crankshaft dimensions must be verified before ordering. “Standard size” does not mean universal fit and should not be used to compensate for excessive crankshaft, block or thrust-surface wear.

Fitment note: Fitment is determined by the engine code and internal engine dimensions, not solely by vehicle year, model or trim. Modified engines, engine swaps and previously machined crankshafts must be measured before parts are ordered.
Recommended Use
Recommended when rebuilding a compatible engine, replacing worn crankshaft thrust washers or servicing an engine with measured crankshaft endplay that remains within the correction range for standard-size components.
Before installation, inspect the crankshaft thrust surfaces, main-bearing area and engine block for scoring, distortion or excessive wear. Measure the applicable dimensions and compare them with the engine manufacturer’s specifications.

Main bearings, rod bearings, crankshaft, seals, gaskets, assembly lubricant and other engine-rebuild components are not included.
Installation
Thoroughly clean the thrust-washer mounting surfaces before installation. Install each washer in the correct position and orientation according to the applicable Honda or Acura service procedure.
After assembling the crankshaft and main-bearing components, measure crankshaft endplay with an appropriate dial indicator. Verify that the measured clearance meets the engine manufacturer’s specifications before completing the engine assembly.
Professional installation by an experienced engine builder is strongly recommended. Do not select standard-size thrust washers without measuring the crankshaft and inspecting the thrust surfaces.
