All orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is cleared. (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders will ship the same day it was purchased.
To reduce transit time, we ship from 5 different fulfillment center across the US. We will always choose the closest warehouse to your ship to address by default.
If an item was unclaimed or returned from the shipping company, or an incorrect shipping address was provided, and the order is returned to us, we will not be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Velocityshop.com will collect re-shipping fees from you, prior to shipping out the item(s).

International customers, you are responsible for all import taxes or duties that may occur.
Velocityshop.com only accepts Paypal payment for international orders.
Items that are shipped via Fedex or UPS cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Oversized items that are shipped via freight, require a signature and the product should be inspected for shipping damages prior to signing for and accepting delivery. If the product or packaging appears to be damaged please do not accept the delivery and contact Velocityshop.com immediately so we may initiate the proper steps to resolve the issue.
