The ARP Extended Wheel Stud Kit provides five high-strength press-in wheel studs for compatible Subaru WRX, Subaru BRZ, and Scion FR-S hubs. The extended 2.535-inch under-head length provides additional usable stud length for performance wheels, open-ended lug nuts, and properly selected wheel-spacer installations.
Each stud is manufactured from heat-treated 8740 chromoly steel with a nominal 190,000 psi tensile-strength rating. A cadmium-plated finish helps protect the studs from corrosion, while the M12 x 1.25 right-hand threads match the compatible lug-nut thread size.

ARP’s current application listing does not identify the Subaru WRX STI, Toyota 86, or Toyota GR86 for this part number. Do not assume compatibility with those models solely because they use an M12 x 1.25 lug-nut thread.
Before ordering, measure or confirm the original stud’s thread pitch, knurl diameter, knurl length, under-head length, hub thickness, and available brake and wheel clearance. The correct thread pitch alone does not guarantee that a press-in wheel stud will fit the hub.

Recommended Use
Recommended when additional wheel-stud length is required for compatible aftermarket wheels, open-ended lug nuts, competition use, or a properly engineered wheel-spacer installation. Extended studs do not make every wheel or spacer combination safe; adequate thread engagement, wheel seating, and surrounding clearance must still be verified.

Lug nuts are not included. Four kits are required to replace the studs on all four wheels of a five-lug vehicle.
Installation
Remove and install press-in wheel studs using suitable wheel-hub service equipment. Support the hub flange correctly and make sure each stud head seats completely against the rear of the flange. Avoid damaging the hub, wheel bearing, threads, or stud splines during installation.
After installation, verify brake-component clearance, wheel seating, lug-nut thread engagement, and stud protrusion. Open-ended lug nuts may be required with extended studs. Tighten the lug nuts using the vehicle or wheel manufacturer’s specified procedure and torque value, then recheck them after the recommended initial driving interval.
