Russell -6 AN 45-Degree Swivel Hose End Fitting Pair
Build a custom fuel, oil, coolant, or other compatible fluid line with this pair of Russell -6 AN 45-degree reusable swivel hose end fittings.
This package combines two Russell 615093 black 45-degree hose end bodies with two red anodized 615520 sockets, creating two complete black-and-red hose end assemblies. The two-piece design allows the socket color to be changed while retaining the same hose end body.
The full-flow hose ends use mandrel-bent tubing to provide a smooth fluid path through the 45-degree bend. Their swivel design allows the fitting to rotate for easier hose routing and alignment after assembly.
Each fitting uses an AN-standard 37-degree flare connection and is designed to attach to a compatible -6 AN male adapter. Russell manufactures the components from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum, and the reusable design allows the fittings to be disassembled and installed on another compatible hose when properly inspected.

Installation Note
Cut the hose cleanly and squarely using the proper hose-cutting method. Fully seat the hose into the socket and assemble the fitting according to Russell’s instructions for the compatible hose series.
After assembly, pressure-test the completed hose and inspect all connections for leaks before use.
