The All Balls Racing Shock Bearing Kit is a replacement shock-mounting kit for select Polaris General 1000 EPS and RZR models. Depending on the vehicle and shock configuration, the kit may fit a specific upper or lower mounting position on the front or rear shock.

Each kit contains two Delrin bushings and one needle-bearing shaft for servicing one applicable shock mounting point. Because compatibility varies by model, shock type, and mounting position, verify the complete fitment section before ordering.

Recommended Use

When inspection identifies worn, damaged, loose, or seized components at a compatible shock mounting point. Possible symptoms may include:

Excessive movement at the shock eye
Clunking or rattling from the suspension
Visible wear or damage to the existing bushings or shaft
Loose shock mounting after the mounting fastener has been properly tightened

Inspect the complete suspension to identify the source of any movement or noise before replacing components.

Installation

Support the vehicle safely and remove the applicable shock according to the Polaris service procedure. Inspect the shock eye, mounting tabs, mounting fastener, and surrounding suspension components for wear or damage.

Install the replacement components in the correct orientation and tighten the shock hardware to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with UTV suspension service.
