The All Balls Racing All-Traxion HD CVT Belt is a heavy-duty replacement drive belt for the 2020–2025 Polaris Sportsman 570 Premium and other compatible Polaris ATV and UTV applications. It is designed to transfer engine power through the continuously variable transmission while providing dependable grip, flexibility, and heat management.
High-strength aramid cords and fibers reinforce the rubber compound, while deeper cogs and increased flexibility help reduce rigidity and promote cooling. The belt is manufactured in Japan using a cut-taper process designed to produce consistent edges with fewer loose cord fibers than a conventional ground-taper process.

Recommended Use
Recommended when replacing a worn, glazed, cracked, damaged, stretched, or slipping CVT belt on a compatible Polaris ATV or UTV. Inspect the drive and driven clutch assemblies before installation to identify contamination, abnormal wear, or mechanical problems that could shorten the service life of the replacement belt.

Installation
Remove and install the CVT belt according to the applicable Polaris service procedure. Clean the clutch sheaves using an appropriate residue-free cleaner and verify the required belt orientation before installation. Do not use oils, lubricants, or dressings on the belt or clutch surfaces.
Inspect the CVT cover, cooling ducts, drive clutch, driven clutch, and related components while the belt is removed. Follow the belt manufacturer’s recommended break-in procedure before applying sustained heavy loads. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with Polaris CVT service.
