Recommended Use
Recommended when replacing damaged, stretched, stripped, corroded, or otherwise unsuitable wheel studs on a dimensionally compatible hub. These ARP studs are also appropriate for performance applications requiring high-strength M12 × 1.50 press-in wheel studs with a 2.000-inch under-head length.
The usable thread length must be sufficient for the wheel, brake rotor, any approved spacer, and the required lug-nut engagement. These studs should not be selected by vehicle make or thread size alone.

Installation
Measure the existing stud and hub before installation. The hub hole must provide the correct interference fit for the 0.509-inch knurl. An oversized mounting hole may allow the stud to rotate, while insufficient clearance can damage the hub or stud during installation.
ARP wheel studs have an under-head radius that must seat correctly against the hub. Inspect the mounting hole and provide the proper chamfer when required by ARP’s installation guidance. Press each stud into the hub squarely using appropriate equipment; do not install it by repeatedly tightening a lug nut unless that method is expressly approved for the application.
After installation, verify that every stud is fully seated and that the selected lug nuts provide proper thread engagement without bottoming on the quick-start nose. Tighten the wheel using the wheel or vehicle manufacturer’s specified pattern and torque value. Professional installation is recommended.
