Bilstein 05-23 Toyota Tacoma B8 Pro Front Upper Control Kit

The Bilstein B8 Pro Front Upper Control Arm Kit is designed for lifted and leveled 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma applications. This complete two-arm kit replaces the original front upper control arms with heavy-duty components engineered to improve suspension geometry, articulation, and straight-line stability.

Lifting a Tacoma can reduce available caster and place the original upper ball joints at less favorable operating angles. Bilstein addresses these changes with increased caster geometry and revised ball-joint pivot angles that help restore proper suspension operation and provide additional wheel travel.

Each arm is constructed from heavy-duty 4130 chromoly steel tubing and protected by a durable black powder-coated finish. Sealed 4140 steel ball joints and low-friction, maintenance-free pivot bushings provide smooth articulation without requiring routine greasing.

Installation

Installation requires removal of the original front upper control arms. Follow the supplied Bilstein instructions and the Toyota service procedure for fastener tightening sequences and torque specifications.

After installation, inspect clearance around the control arms, coilovers, wheels, tires, brake hoses, and surrounding components throughout the complete steering and suspension range. A professional wheel alignment is required after control-arm installation. Professional installation is recommended.
