This complete vehicle-specific kit combines two B8 TerraSport front struts, two rear shocks, and the supporting spacers and hardware required for installation. The system is designed to provide approximately 1.5 inches of lift while retaining the vehicle’s original coil springs and upper mounts.
Unlike a basic spacer-only lift, the B8 TerraSport system uses application-specific dampers with revised dimensions and elevated spring-perch positioning. The dampers are tuned for the RAV4 platform to improve suspension control and provide additional clearance for unpaved roads, light off-road use, and compatible tire upgrades.
The front B8 TerraSport struts use a twin-tube design, while the rear B8 TerraSport shocks use a monotube design. Damping is preset by Bilstein and is not externally adjustable.

Factory Component Notice
This kit reuses the vehicle’s original coil springs and upper strut mounts. Replacement springs, upper mounts, bearings, isolators, and other wear components are not included unless specifically shown or stated.
Inspect all reused suspension components before installation and replace worn or damaged parts separately.
Tire and Clearance Notice
Additional suspension lift may provide room for different wheel and tire combinations, but it does not guarantee that every larger tire will fit.
Final tire clearance depends on wheel width, wheel offset, tire dimensions, alignment settings, suspension travel, fender clearance, and vehicle load. Confirm the complete wheel-and-tire setup before ordering.
Installation Note
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
The installation requires removal and disassembly of the original front strut assemblies so the factory springs and upper mounts can be transferred to the Bilstein struts. Proper spring-compression equipment and suspension-service procedures are required.
A four-wheel alignment should be performed after installation. Verify camber, caster, and toe measurements and inspect all suspension fasteners after the initial driving period.
