Bilstein EVO S Coilovers for 2020–2024 Tesla Model Y AWD

Designed for compatible 2020–2024 Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD and Performance AWD models, the EVO S is a complete front and rear street-performance suspension system. Its application-specific spring and damper tuning provides a more responsive, controlled driving experience while retaining the comfort needed for everyday street use.
Threaded front and rear ride-height adjustment allows the vehicle’s stance to be set within the approved adjustment range. Bilstein lists this Model Y application with approximately 15–40mm of front lowering and 0–35mm of rear lowering, although the final ride height can vary with vehicle configuration, battery weight, wheel and tire setup, and installation settings
The front uses linear-rate springs rated at approximately 400 lb/in, while the rear uses progressive-rate springs rated at approximately 571 lb/in. The kit combines monotube and twin-tube damper designs selected specifically for the Model Y chassis.
Bilstein EVO S suspension systems are developed for street performance and manufactured in Germany using application-specific testing and tuning.

Installation Note
Professional suspension installation is recommended. After installation, set both sides evenly, verify suspension and wheel clearance, and perform a four-wheel alignment.
Ride height should be measured and adjusted with the vehicle on level ground. Recheck all mounting hardware after the suspension has settled.
