Important Application Notice
This adapter is designed to adapt a T3 manifold to a T4 turbocharger.
It cannot be used in reverse to install a T3 turbocharger on a T4 manifold. BD specifically lists this limitation for part number 1044106.
Because of the wide variety of factory and aftermarket turbochargers and exhaust manifolds:
- Different mounting hardware may be required
- Existing threaded holes may need to be drilled to allow a stud to pass through
- Turbo and manifold compatibility should be verified before installation
