Important Fitment Notice

Brake pad fitment can vary by model year, drivetrain, brake package, caliper configuration, GVWR, and chassis configuration.

This listing is intended for compatible 2015+ Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 6.7L diesel 4WD applications. Verify the original pad shape and current DBA application data before ordering.

Pad Technology

DBA incorporates several application-specific features into the Street Performance pad design:

• TSP Scorching: Helps increase cold-friction effectiveness and reduce bedding-in time.
• Multi-Layer Shims: Application-specific elastomeric-coated shims help reduce brake noise.
• Chamfers: Help reduce noise, vibration, and harshness.
• Slots: Assist with temperature stability and removal of dust and debris.
• Semi-Met Carbon Fibre Friction Material: Application-specific formulation selected according to braking requirements.

Recommended Use

DBA Street Performance pads are well suited for:

• Daily-driven Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks
• Normal to spirited street driving
• 4WD applications

• Light commercial vehicle use
• Drivers seeking improved braking response over traditional OE replacement pads

Recommended Rotor Pairing

For optimum braking performance, DBA recommends pairing Street Performance pads with:

• DBA Street Series T2 slotted rotors
• DBA 4000 Series T3 slotted rotors

What’s Included

• Front Brake Pads Set

DBA specifies a per-vehicle quantity of one set for the front axle.

Brake rotors, calipers, brake fluid, brake hoses, sensors, and other brake components are not included unless specifically shown or stated.

Bedding-In

DBA’s TSP scorching process helps reduce initial bedding-in time.

Proper bedding is still recommended after installation. Avoid repeated hard stops immediately after installation and gradually bring the pads and rotors up to operating temperature in a safe environment.

Installation Note

Professional installation is recommended.

Before installing the new pads:

• Inspect the front rotors for minimum thickness, scoring, cracking, heat spots, and uneven wear
• Confirm the caliper pistons and slide mechanisms move freely
• Verify the replacement pads match the original pad shape
• Clean the pad contact and abutment areas
• Replace damaged or excessively worn brake components as needed

After installation, confirm proper brake pedal feel and complete the appropriate bedding procedure before normal driving.
