Bedding-In Procedure

Proper bedding is essential for consistent braking performance.

For initial street bedding, EBC recommends driving gently for approximately 200 miles while gradually increasing brake demand in a safe environment. Avoid repeated emergency-style stops or sustained aggressive braking before the pads have established full and even contact with the rotors.

Before track or high-load use:
