Gates G-Force RedLine CVT Drive Belt
The Gates G-Force RedLine CVT belt is a premium severe-duty drive belt for select Bennche, BMS, Bombardier, Massimo, Odes, and Qlink ATV and UTV applications.
Designed for demanding powersports use, this belt uses Gates’ patented Ethylene Elastomer compound to provide increased heat resistance, axial stiffness, and load capacity. It is engineered to resist heat fade, glazing, cracking, and wear while maintaining efficient power transfer under sustained loads and elevated operating temperatures.

G-Force RedLine Technology
G-Force RedLine belts are designed for demanding powersports applications where high loads and elevated temperatures can shorten conventional belt life.
The Gates Ethylene Elastomer compound provides increased stiffness and heat resistance to help the belt maintain its shape and transfer power consistently during high-temperature operation. This design helps reduce heat-related speed loss while improving resistance to glazing, cracking, and wear.

Installation and Break-In
Inspect the CVT system and clean the clutch sheaves before installing the new belt. Remove old belt residue, glazing, oil, and debris, and verify clutch alignment according to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.
Gates recommends properly heat-cycling a new CVT belt before full-load operation. Use moderate acceleration, avoid exceeding three-quarter throttle during break-in, allow the belt to cool completely between heat cycles, and avoid aggressive riding until the break-in process is complete.
Do not use brake cleaner on the clutch sheaves. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with CVT belt service.
