The Gates 28R3636 G-Force RedLine CVT belt is a high-performance drive belt engineered for select Arctic Cat Wildcat 951cc UTV applications.
Designed for demanding powersports CVT systems, the G-Force RedLine uses an aramid fiber-loaded Ethylene Elastomer compound and high-tensile aramid cord construction to withstand the heat, compression forces, acceleration, and frequent load changes encountered during aggressive off-road driving.

G-Force RedLine Technology
Gates G-Force RedLine belts use an aramid fiber-loaded Ethylene Elastomer compound engineered to provide high stiffness and heat resistance under demanding CVT loads.
High-tensile aramid cords help maximize acceleration, shock-load resistance, and fatigue resistance, while the fabric cog jacket promotes smooth shifting and increased abrasion resistance.
This construction is designed to maintain consistent power transfer during high acceleration, frequent back-shifting, heavy loads, and other severe off-road operating conditions.
Heat and Load Performance
Heat is one of the major sources of CVT belt performance loss and premature wear.
G-Force RedLine belts provide greater dynamic axial stiffness, reduced speed loss under heavy loads, and recovery from temperatures up to approximately 338°F (170°C) without power loss.
The RedLine design is intended for demanding UTV applications where repeated torque loads and elevated CVT temperatures can place significant stress on the drive belt.

Installation and Break-In
Inspect the primary and secondary clutch system before installing the new CVT belt. Make sure the clutch sheaves are clean, properly aligned, and free of oil, grease, old belt residue, and other contaminants.
Do not back-bend, crimp, flatten, invert, or pry on the CVT belt during handling or installation.
Gates recommends properly breaking in a new G-Force belt before severe use. Gradually heat-cycle the new belt and avoid immediately subjecting it to repeated full-throttle acceleration or heavy loads.
Proper clutch condition, clutch tuning, belt installation, and break-in can significantly affect belt performance and service life.
