The Gates 46R4829 G-Force RedLine CVT belt is a severe-duty powersports drive belt engineered for the high-output CVT system used in the 2022–2026 Polaris RZR Pro R 1997cc.
G-Force RedLine belts use a fiber-reinforced Ethylene Elastomer compound and high-tensile aramid cord construction to provide high stiffness, heat resistance, load capacity, and consistent power transfer in demanding off-road conditions. Gates G-Force RedLine CVT belts are built around a fiber-loaded Ethylene Elastomer material designed to maintain high transverse stiffness under demanding operating conditions.
The high-tensile aramid cord helps the belt resist shock loads and fatigue while supporting strong acceleration and consistent power transmission. Gates also uses a specially formulated adhesion system and a fabric cog jacket designed to improve belt durability, shifting, and abrasion resistance.

Installation and Break-In
Inspect and clean the CVT clutch sheaves before installing the new belt. Make sure the clutch surfaces are free of old belt residue, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
Gates recommends properly breaking in a new G-Force belt before severe use. Avoid immediately subjecting a new belt to repeated full-throttle launches, excessive heat, or heavy loads during the initial break-in period.
Proper clutch condition, alignment, installation, and belt break-in can significantly affect CVT belt performance and service life.
