Reseal the timing chain cover on select Honda Accord and Acura TSX K24 applications with this Genuine OEM Honda/Acura seal kit.

This kit includes the primary seals, O-rings, inspection cover, and Genuine Hondabond HT needed when removing and resealing the front timing chain cover. It is designed for common oil-leak service around the timing chain cover, crankshaft seal, crankshaft position sensor, VTC oil control valve, and timing-chain tensioner inspection cover.

Important Installation Notes

The timing chain cover does not use a conventional one-piece gasket. Hondabond HT is applied to the specified mating surfaces to form the seal.

All old sealant should be removed and the mating surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of oil before applying new Hondabond. Follow the appropriate Honda or Acura service manual for sealant placement, installation sequence, bolt torque, and curing instructions.

Confirm your engine and application before ordering. This kit is intended for the listed K24 applications and should not be assumed to fit every Honda or Acura K-series engine.
