Husky Liners Pocket Style Fender Flares for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma – 4-Piece

Give your 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma additional tire coverage and a rugged appearance with Husky Liners Pocket Style Fender Flares. This four-piece set includes front and rear flares designed to follow the contours of the fourth-generation Tacoma.

The flares are manufactured from Husky Liners’ proprietary Dura-Flex 2000 ABS material and feature a smooth matte-black finish that can be installed as supplied or painted to complement the truck. Recessed pockets with exposed hardware create the appearance of bolt-on off-road flares.

Dura-Flex 2000 Construction

Husky Liners manufactures these flares from its proprietary Dura-Flex 2000 ABS compound. The material is engineered to provide durable body protection while retaining enough flexibility to withstand normal road and trail use.

The material has undergone 1,000 hours of simulated UV testing to help resist fading, cracking, and warping from prolonged outdoor exposure.

Finish and Painting

The flares arrive with a smooth matte-black finish and may be installed without painting. They can also be professionally prepared and painted to match or contrast with the truck.

If painting is desired, complete all required surface preparation and test fitting before applying primer or paint. Follow the paint manufacturer’s recommendations for ABS plastic.

Recommended Use

Recommended for Tacoma owners seeking additional wheel-opening coverage, particularly trucks equipped with oversized tires or wheels with a lower offset than the original wheels. The pocket-style design is also suitable for owners who want a more aggressive off-road appearance without modifying the factory fenders.

Installation

The flares attach through existing factory mounting locations without drilling. Installation can be completed using common hand tools, following the supplied Husky Liners instructions.

Test fit and identify all four flares before installation. Clean the mounting surfaces and verify that each flare sits evenly against the body before fully tightening the hardware. Do not overtighten fasteners against the ABS material.

After installation, confirm adequate clearance around the tires throughout the complete steering range and suspension travel. Oversized tires, wheel spacers, aggressive wheel offsets, suspension modifications, and alignment settings may still affect tire-to-flare clearance.
