K&N 63 Series Cold Air Intake
The K&N 63-9043 pairs a black roto-molded HDPE intake tube with an enclosed airbox and washable, reusable oiled cotton filter. Designed for compatible Toyota 2.4L turbo applications, it provides an upgraded airflow path without requiring an ECU tune.
Features
- Enclosed airbox helps shield the filter from engine-bay heat.
- Reusable filter can be cleaned and re-oiled instead of discarded.
- Replacement filter part number: RU-1037.
- Includes intake tube, airbox, filter, couplers, clamps and installation hardware.
Tested Performance
K&N lists estimated gains of 15.6 horsepower at 3,500 RPM and 20.7 lb-ft of torque. Its dyno report compares a stock 2024 Tacoma 2.4L turbo with the same vehicle fitted with intake 63-9043. Results vary by vehicle and conditions.
Fitment
- 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma — 2.4L turbo; excludes TRD Pro.
- 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner — 2.4L turbo; excludes TRD Pro.
- 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser — 2.4L turbo.
Verify the exact trim and powertrain in K&N’s application guide before ordering. Do not assume compatibility with every hybrid or factory intake configuration.
Installation Notes
This kit was not designed for vehicles equipped with a body lift. Follow K&N’s installation and filter-maintenance instructions.
