This version uses ProTaper's Race bend and oversized 1-1/8-inch clamping diameter. The ACF design allows material to be strategically reduced in key areas while maintaining strength, helping reduce overall weight compared with conventional 1-1/8-inch handlebars.

ACF Carbon Fiber Reinforcement
ProTaper's ACF construction uses unidirectional carbon fiber inside the aluminum tubing to reinforce the bar while allowing the aluminum wall thickness to be reduced in selected areas. This helps lower weight while retaining strength and producing a more controlled, impact-absorbing flex characteristic.
Control+ Design
The Control+ layout provides 220mm of straight control space, giving riders additional room for modern controls such as mapping switches, electric starters, hydraulic clutch components, and other handlebar-mounted accessories.
