The ProTaper EVO Woods High Handlebar is a premium oversize motorcycle handlebar designed for off-road riders seeking increased height, controlled sweep, and additional impact-absorbing flex. Its unbraced design helps reduce vibration and harshness transferred to the rider while maintaining the strength needed for demanding trail and enduro riding.
ProTaper constructs the EVO handlebar from premium 7000-series aluminum alloy with a computer-profiled 4 mm wall design. The oversized 1-1/8-inch center section tapers to the standard 7/8-inch diameter required by conventional motorcycle grips and controls.
This version features ProTaper’s Woods High bend and magnesium-colored finish. “Magnesium” describes the handlebar’s finish—it is not constructed from magnesium.

Fitment
This is a universal-fit motorcycle handlebar intended for compatible off-road motorcycles equipped with 1-1/8-inch handlebar mounts or an appropriate oversize handlebar conversion system.
This handlebar will not mount directly into standard 7/8-inch clamps. Motorcycles currently equipped with 7/8-inch handlebar mounts require compatible 1-1/8-inch clamps, risers, or a conversion kit.
Confirm the clamp diameter, available control space, cable and brake-hose length, throttle clearance, handguard compatibility, and full steering movement before ordering. Universal applications may require modification or control repositioning.

Handlebar mounts, conversion clamps, grips, controls, handguards, and installation hardware are not included unless otherwise specified. A handlebar pad is sold separately.
Installation
Install the handlebar using compatible 1-1/8-inch mounts and the motorcycle or clamp manufacturer’s recommended tightening sequence and torque specifications. Center and position the handlebar before tightening the clamps evenly.
After installation, turn the steering fully in both directions and verify that the throttle returns freely. Make sure the cables, wiring, brake hose, controls, and handguards do not bind, stretch, pinch, or contact surrounding components. Recheck the clamp hardware after the initial ride.
