The ProTaper EVO Factory Suzuki/KTM Stock Handlebar is a premium 1-1/8-inch unbraced motorcycle handlebar with a bend based on the factory-style dimensions used for select Suzuki and KTM off-road motorcycles. Its 800 mm width, 92 mm height, 62 mm rise, and relatively low 47 mm sweep provide a familiar control position for riders who prefer this bend profile.
As ProTaper’s flagship unbraced handlebar, the EVO is designed to provide greater flex and impact absorption than a conventional crossbar-equipped handlebar. This helps reduce harshness and rider fatigue without sacrificing the strength required for demanding motocross, enduro, and off-road riding.
This version has ProTaper’s magnesium-colored anodized finish. “Magnesium” describes the color and finish—the handlebar itself is manufactured from proprietary 7000-series aluminum alloy.

Fitment
Factory Suzuki/KTM Stock Bend
This is a universal-fit handlebar with a Factory Suzuki/KTM Stock bend profile. It is intended for compatible motorcycles equipped with 1-1/8-inch handlebar mounts or a suitable oversize handlebar conversion system.
The bend name does not mean that this handlebar automatically fits every Suzuki or KTM motorcycle. Confirm the original handlebar dimensions, clamp diameter, control space, cable and brake-hose length, throttle clearance, handguard fitment, and surrounding component clearance before ordering.
Motorcycles equipped with standard 7/8-inch handlebar clamps require compatible 1-1/8-inch mounts, risers, or a conversion kit. Installation may require control repositioning or other modifications.

A crossbar pad is sold separately. Handlebar mounts, conversion clamps, grips, throttle components, levers, switches, handguards, and installation hardware are not included unless otherwise specified.
Installation
Install the handlebar using compatible 1-1/8-inch mounts and the motorcycle or clamp manufacturer’s recommended tightening sequence and torque specifications. Center the handlebar and establish the desired rotational position before tightening the clamps evenly.
After installation, turn the steering completely in both directions and verify that the throttle operates and returns freely. Make sure all cables, wiring, brake hoses, controls, and handguards have adequate clearance and do not stretch, pinch, bind, or contact surrounding components.
Recheck the clamp hardware and control positions after the initial ride. Professional installation is recommended when an oversize mounting conversion or control modification is required.
