UR Polyurethane Construction
Rally Armor UR mud flaps are manufactured from flexible polyurethane plastic. Their flexible construction allows the flaps to move when encountering uneven terrain, road obstacles, snow, and changing weather instead of behaving like a rigid splash guard.
The polyurethane material is low maintenance and resistant to solvents, sand, and chemicals, making it suitable for year-round daily driving and light trail use.
Recommended Use
Recommended for Trailseeker owners who want additional protection for the lower body and rocker-panel areas during daily commuting, wet-weather driving, winter travel, gravel-road use, or recreational trips on unpaved surfaces.

Installation
The included vehicle-specific brackets attach to the Trailseeker’s factory mounting locations, allowing installation without drilling. Follow the supplied Rally Armor instructions and verify the position and clearance of each flap before fully tightening the hardware.
After installation, confirm that all brackets and fasteners are secure and that the flaps have adequate clearance from the tires throughout the steering range. Inspect and retighten the mounting hardware periodically, particularly after driving on rough or unpaved roads.
