Trail Hart Exhaust Technology
The Trail Hart system uses mandrel-bent piping to maintain a consistent internal diameter through bends. Revel combines this with SUS304 stainless steel construction, hand TIG welding, and laser-cut flanges for durability and consistent exhaust flow.
Advantex muffler packing is used to balance exhaust flow with sound suppression. Revel rates the material for heat resistance up to 1200°F and tests Trail Hart exhaust systems below 93 dB under load.
Interchangeable Alpine Silver Tip
The included Alpine Silver exhaust tip uses a dual-wall construction and an adjustable mounting design. The tip can slide forward or backward before being secured, allowing the visible tip position to be adjusted to suit the vehicle setup and desired appearance.
Revel also offers a Black Gunmetal interchangeable tip separately for owners who want to change the appearance of the system later.

Optional Accessory
Revel offers the T76001RT 3-inch Trail Hart turn-down pipe separately. The shorter exhaust exit is designed to provide additional clearance for off-road driving where departure-angle clearance may be important.
