Revel Medallion Touring-S Exhaust for 2023–2024 Nissan Z
Give your Nissan Z a deeper, cleaner exhaust tone with the Revel Medallion Touring-S exhaust system.
Designed for the 2023–2024 Nissan Z RZ34, this system features full SUS304 stainless-steel construction with 1.5mm-wall piping for strength, corrosion resistance, and reduced exhaust resonance. The mandrel-bent tubing helps maintain a consistent pipe diameter through the bends for smoother exhaust flow.
The Touring-S system uses a straight-through muffler design for improved flow and a more aggressive exhaust note while retaining compact muffler canisters for ground clearance. Advantex muffler packing helps control sound while resisting temperatures up to 1200°F.
Large 115mm dual-wall angle-cut exhaust tips provide a modern appearance at the rear of the vehicle. The system is fully hand TIG welded and uses laser-cut connecting flanges for durable, precise connections.

Sound and Performance
The Medallion Touring-S is designed to produce a clean, deep, low exhaust tone while maintaining efficient exhaust flow. Revel states that the Touring-S line is tested below 93 dB under load, although some applications may be excluded from that specification.
Actual sound level and tone may vary depending on the Y-pipe, downpipes, catalytic converters, engine modifications, and other exhaust-system changes.

Installation Note
Professional exhaust installation is recommended.
Before installation, compare the exhaust routing, flange positions, pipe diameters, hangers, and connection points with the original exhaust system. Inspect all gaskets and mounting hardware and replace any worn or damaged components.
After installation, verify clearance around the body, suspension, heat shields, and driveline. Check all connections for exhaust leaks and retighten the hardware after the first several heat cycles.
