This system features 60mm mandrel-bent piping and a 100mm single-wall rolled exhaust tip. The mandrel-bent tubing helps maintain a consistent internal diameter through the bends, while laser-cut flanges provide secure connections between the exhaust sections.
Revel constructs the Street Plus system from full SUS201 stainless steel and fully hand TIG welds the assembly for durability and a clean finished appearance. The rolled muffler canister and polished single-wall tip provide a simple, classic look that complements the fifth-generation Honda Civic.

Installation Note
Professional installation is recommended.
Before installation, compare the new system with the original exhaust layout and confirm that all piping, hangers, flanges, and hardware are present. Loosely assemble and align the exhaust before tightening the connections to maintain clearance around the body, suspension, fuel tank, and rear bumper.
After the initial driving period, inspect the system for leaks, contact, movement, or loose hardware and retighten as necessary.
