The exhaust tubing uses a 1.5mm wall thickness for strength and to help reduce unwanted resonance. Mandrel-bent piping maintains a consistent internal diameter through each bend, supporting smooth exhaust flow throughout the system.
Each system is hand TIG welded and uses laser-cut flanges for strong, durable connections. The muffler contains Revel Advantex packing material, which is designed to provide effective sound suppression, strong flow characteristics, and resistance to high exhaust temperatures.
This direct bolt-on cat-back system is designed for installation on compatible U.S.-specification vehicles equipped with the original exhaust configuration.

Installation Note
Professional installation is recommended.
Before installation, compare the new system with the original exhaust layout and confirm that all pipes, brackets, hangers, clamps, and hardware are present. Install the system loosely before final alignment so that adequate clearance can be maintained around the frame, suspension, body, spare tire, and other nearby components.
Tighten all connections according to the installation instructions. After the initial driving period, inspect the system for exhaust leaks, contact, movement, or loose hardware and retighten as required.
