Genuine OEM Honda / Acura K-Series Rear Main Seal
This Genuine OEM Honda / Acura rear main seal is used on select K-Series engines at the rear of the engine block, behind the flywheel or flexplate.
The rear main seal is commonly replaced when the transmission is removed for clutch service, flywheel replacement, rear main leak repair, or engine/transmission service. On older K-Series vehicles, replacing the seal while the transmission is already removed can help avoid having to repeat the labor later.
