Upgrade the rear braking system of your 2024 Can-Am Maverick R with the Wilwood 140-18029 NDPR Rear UTV Race Brake Kit. Developed for high-powered side-by-side racing, this rear kit combines forged four-piston radial-mount calipers, aggressive BP-28 brake pads, and dynamically mounted 11.60-inch steel rotors for increased brake torque, improved pedal response, and consistent braking over rough terrain.

The forged-aluminum NDPR calipers use staggered 1.12-inch and 1.25-inch stainless-steel pistons. Their rigid construction helps reduce caliper deflection and promotes more uniform brake-pad engagement, improving braking force, modulation, and driver feedback during demanding off-road use.

Wilwood’s race-spec configuration includes Type III hard-anodized calipers and high-friction BP-28 brake pads. The 11.60 x 0.25-inch plain-face steel rotors use Wilwood’s dynamic lug-drive mounting system, which helps reduce thermal stress and limit piston knockback caused by harsh terrain.

This kit is designed for the six-lug 2024 Can-Am Maverick R and works with the OEM rear axle configuration. Wilwood lists a 15-inch minimum wheel diameter, but actual caliper clearance depends on the wheel’s barrel, spoke profile, and offset.
