The aFe POWER BladeRunner Hot Charge Pipe Kit replaces the factory hot-side charge piping on the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra equipped with the non-hybrid 3.4L twin-turbo V6. Its TIG-welded 2.5-inch aluminum pipes provide a durable, high-flow connection between the turbochargers and intercooler.
Smooth mandrel-bent transitions help reduce turbulence and pressure loss through the charge-air system. According to aFe, the BladeRunner pipes flow up to 17% more than the factory charge pipes. A wrinkle-black powder-coated finish provides a clean appearance while helping protect the aluminum from heat and corrosion.

Recommended Use
Recommended for non-hybrid Tundra owners replacing the factory hot-side charge pipes or upgrading the charge-air system with larger-diameter aluminum piping, reinforced silicone couplings, and secure stainless-steel clamps.
The integrated 1/8-inch NPT ports also provide connection points for compatible aftermarket sensors or water-methanol injection equipment. Unused ports must remain properly sealed.

Installation
This kit is designed to connect to the applicable factory turbocharger and intercooler locations. Follow aFe’s installation instructions, position every coupling fully over its connection, and tighten the supplied clamps evenly.
After installation, inspect the complete charge-air system for proper clearance, secure connections, and boost leaks. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with turbocharger charge-pipe service.
