Exhaust Construction

The system uses mandrel-bent 304 stainless-steel tubing that transitions from 2.5 inches to three inches. Installation

This system uses factory-style flanges and hanger locations for direct bolt-on installation. No cutting or permanent modification is required when installed on a compatible application.

Support the vehicle and exhaust system safely during removal and installation. Loosely assemble and align all components before tightening the clamps and connections. Verify clearance around the frame, suspension, spare tire, body, wiring, and heat-sensitive components. Recheck the connections after the first heat cycle.
