aFe SCORCHER BLUE Bluetooth Power Module for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra & 2023–2026 Sequoia i-FORCE MAX

The aFe POWER SCORCHER BLUE Bluetooth Power Module is a plug-and-play performance module for compatible 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra and 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia models equipped with the 3.4L twin-turbo i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain.

By modifying signals from selected engine sensors, the module increases turbo boost to improve horsepower, torque, throttle response, and overall drivability without reprogramming the factory engine control unit. aFe reports maximum dyno-tested gains of up to 110 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque for this application. Actual gains may vary depending on the vehicle, selected mode, fuel, modifications, and operating conditions.

Hybrid application only: This module is designed specifically for Toyota models equipped with the 3.4L twin-turbo i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain. It does not fit non-hybrid 3.4L twin-turbo Tundra models. For compatible non-hybrid applications, refer to aFe part number 77-86005.

Four Power Settings

• Stock – Green: Returns the module to its stock-output setting
• Sport – Yellow: Provides a moderate increase in performance
• Sport+ – Orange: Provides a stronger performance increase
• Race – Red: Provides the module’s most aggressive performance setting

Modes can be changed using the included LED control switch or a compatible smartphone connected through Bluetooth. aFe recommends using only the Sport or Sport+ setting while towing.

SCORCHER BLUE Smartphone App

The free aFe SCORCHER BLUE app allows a compatible iOS or Android device to function as a wireless controller for the module. Available functions include selecting and customizing power modes, viewing supported engine parameters such as manifold absolute pressure, installing device updates, and measuring acceleration performance.

Recommended Use

Recommended for owners seeking adjustable performance and improved throttle response from a compatible i-FORCE MAX Toyota Tundra or Sequoia without permanently reprogramming the factory ECU.

aFe does not recommend operating the SCORCHER BLUE module together with another tuner or power module. Confirm compatibility with any other engine-management or performance electronics before installation.

Installation

The vehicle-specific harness connects the SCORCHER BLUE module to the applicable factory engine sensors without cutting or splicing the original wiring. The included LED switch may be routed into the cabin for direct control, or the module can be operated wirelessly through the smartphone app without routing the switch through the firewall.

Follow the supplied aFe instructions and ensure that every electrical connector is fully seated and secured away from heat, moisture, and moving components.
